Returns & Refund Policy

At Macclandscapes, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

⚠️ No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of our products and supplier logistics, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for any orders, including items that have been incorrectly or over-ordered. We strongly advise customers to check all specifications, quantities, and dimensions carefully before purchasing.

💥 Damaged or Faulty Items

We understand that occasionally items may arrive in an unsatisfactory condition. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@macclandscapes.com with:

• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Clear photographic evidence of the damage or fault

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a full refund for the damaged or faulty item(s) to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.

Damage or fault claims raised after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.
