📦 Order Processing

Orders placed through MacClandscapes are processed within 1–2 business days. Once processed, your order is passed to the appropriate supplier for fulfillment. We work with a network of trusted UK suppliers to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

🚚 Shipping Times

Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days. However, some items may have longer lead times of up to 10 business days, depending on the supplier and product availability. If your order includes items from multiple suppliers, deliveries may arrive separately.

We’ll send you a confirmation email once your order is dispatched, along with tracking details where available.

💰 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the products ordered, weight, and your location. In some cases, we cap shipping fees for certain suppliers to keep your costs fair — these will be clearly displayed at checkout.

📍Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to mainland UK only. We do not offer shipping to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or international destinations at this time.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
Some large or heavy items are delivered kerbside only — customers are responsible for moving items onto their property.
